补阳还五汤对动静脉内瘘术后血管状况影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究补阳还五汤对动静脉内瘘术后血管状况的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的慢性肾脏病(CKD5期)并行动静脉内瘘成形术患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为补阳还五汤组和对照组,每组40例。对照组行常规治疗,补阳还五汤组在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤,比较两组患者术后第4、6、8周内瘘自然血流量、内径,内瘘初次使用时间及第8周时内瘘成熟率。结果术后,补阳还五汤组内瘘自然血流量大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第4、6、8周内瘘内径均增加大,但差异无统计学意义。补阳还五汤组患者内瘘初次使用时间短于对照组,且第8周时内瘘成熟率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤能提升动静脉内瘘患者术后内瘘自然血流量,使内径增粗,促进内瘘成熟,缩短内瘘首次穿刺时间,临床疗效显著。Objective To study effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on vascular condition after arteriovenous fistula operation.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD5)complicated with arteriovenous fistula were selected and randomly divided into Buyang Huanwu Decoction group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The natural blood of fistula in the 4th,6th and 8th week after operation,the flow rate and internal diameter,and the fistula maturation rate was calculated at the 8th week were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the natural blood flow of internal fistula in Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was higherthan that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameter of fistula between the two groups at the 4th,6th and 8th week.The initial use time of internal fistula in Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was shorter than that in blank control group,and the maturity rate of internal fistula in the 8th week was higher than that in blank control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction can increase the natural blood flow of internal fistula,enlarge the internal diameter,promote the maturation of internal fistula,and shorten the first puncture time of internal fistula.The clinical effect is remarkable.
