摘　　要：随着"3亿人参与冰雪运动"政策的颁布,让冰雪运动进校园成为发展冰雪运动的重要途径。本文研究黑龙江省民办高校冰雪运动开展现状及对策,目的通过对黑龙江省民办高校冰雪运动进校园在哪些方面存在不足,并找出制约发展的因素,针对存在的问题,提出相应的措施与建议,为黑龙江省民办高校优化冰雪运动进校园的普及工作提供理论参考,进而为黑龙江省民办高校冰雪运动教学更快、更好地发展起到良好的促进作用。With the promulgation of the policy of"300 million people participate in ice and snow sports",the introduction of ice and snow sports into the campus has become an important way to develop ice and snow sports.This paper studies the current situation and countermeasures of ice and Snow Sports in private universities in Heilongjiang.The aim is to find out the factors restricting the development of ice and snow sports in private universities in Heilongjiang,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical reference for the popularization of ice and Snow Sports in civilian-run colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province,and for private colleges in Heilongjiang province faster and better development of ice and snow sports play a good role in promoting.
