青少年足球精英球员行为准则与足球队文化的研究

摘　　要：目前,已经有相当一部分青少年开始长期参与到足球训练,在青少年学生中普及足球知识和技能,形成校园足球文化,从而培养全面发展、特长突出的青少年足球后备人才,是发展中国足球的特色之路。为了便于管理青少年足球运动员,使球员能够从小养成良好的行为规范,更好地开展青训工作,学校与俱乐部应该制定相应的球员行为准则,建设球队的训练文化,在青训过程中不断总结经验,不断完善制度。At present,a considerable number of young people have begun to participate in football training for a long time,popularize football knowledge and skills among young students,form campus football culture,so as to cultivate youth football reserve talents with all-round development and outstanding expertise,which is the special way to develop Chinese football.In order to facilitate the management of youth football players,form a good code of conduct from an early age,and better carry out the youth training work,the school and the club should formulate the corresponding player’s code of conduct,build the team’s training culture,constantly summarize the experience in the youth training process,and constantly improve the system.
