摘　　要：针对化工生产中装置运行存在问题,进行了几项小改造,达到了优化操作、节能降耗、环保目的。主要有熔硫釜改造、锅炉省煤器改造、刮板输灰及蒸发式冷凝器应用等改造原因、改造效果情况。Introduced several minor modifications in chemical production in response to the existing problems in the operation of the device to achieve the objectives of optimized operation,energy saving,and environmental protection.The main reasons are the reformation of the sulfur melting kettle,the reformation of the boiler economizer,the application of scraper ash conveying and the application of the evaporative condenser,and the effect of the reformation.
