摘　　要：目的:探讨某三级甲等医院(以下简称“该院”)皮肤科门急诊用药合理性,了解皮肤科药物的使用概况,促进皮肤科合理用药。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,以10%的比例,随机抽取2018年10—12月该院门急诊处方,其中皮肤科处方共160582张,对用药合理性进行评价与分析。结果:160582张处方中,不合理处方共807张,占总抽样处方数的0.5%;不合理用药类型包括重复用药(460张,占不合理处方数的57.0%)、给药途径不适宜(191张,占不合理处方数的23.7%)、适应证不适宜(139张,占不合理处方数的17.2%)以及存在药物相互作用(17张,占不合理处方数的2.1%)。结论:该院皮肤科门急诊用药整体合理,但在药物重复使用、给药途径等方面存在一定的问题,个别处方中药物可能存在潜在的相互作用,值得注意。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the application rationality of drugs in outpatient and emergency dermatology in a gradeⅢlevel A hospital(hereinafter referred to as“the hospital”),and to investigate the application status,so as to promote the rational drug application in dermatology department.METHODS:Retrospective analysis method was adopted,with a ratio of 10%,the total outpatient and emergency prescriptions of the hospital were randomly selected from Oct.to Dec.2018,including 160582 prescriptions in dermatology.Evaluation and analysis were performed on the application rationality.RESULTS:Among the 160582 prescriptions,807 were irrational prescriptions,accounting for 0.5%of the total prescriptions.The types of irrational prescriptions were respectively repeated medication(460 prescriptions,57.0%),inappropriate route of administration(191 prescriptions,23.7%),and improper indications(139 prescriptions,17.2%)and drug interactions(17 prescriptions,2.1%).CONCLUSIONS:The application of drugs in outpatient and emergency dermatology is basically rational,yet there are certain problems in the repeated medication and the route of administration.There may be potential interaction of drugs in some prescriptions,which deserves more attention.
