摘　　要：目的:从文献视角探讨中药饮片处方点评工作现状,为中药饮片处方点评工作的优化以及点评标准的制定提供参考。方法:以“中药饮片处方点评”为题名,检索中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库,检索时间截至2019年11月15日。提取所纳入文献的点评依据、分级点评、点评处方数、不合理处方数、点评不合理内容及相应问题数,进行描述性分析和总结。结果:最终纳入32篇文献,其中进行分级点评的有14篇,占43.75%。各文献间存在点评依据差异、点评不合理内容表述多样化以及分级归类不一的情况,总结归纳后共有20条点评内容。点评处方合计1157206张,不合理处方共60513张。处方不合理内容中,处方数构成比排序居前3位的分别为未按要求标注药物调剂、煎煮等特殊要求(15076张,占不合理处方数的24.91%);用法或用量不适宜,且未标明原因或未再次签名(14407张,占不合理处方数的23.81%);开具处方未写中医诊断或中医诊断书写不规范、不全(10205张,占不合理处方数的16.86%)。结论:中药饮片处方点评对促进中药合理使用具有重要意义,但具体点评细则仍需进一步优化。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current status of prescription review of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction pieces from the perspective of literature,so as to provide references for the optimizing of prescription review and the formulating of review criteria.METHODS:CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database were retrieved for“Prescription review of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces”up to Nov.15th,2019.The review basis,graded review,number of reviewed prescriptions,number of irrational prescriptions,irrational content of review and corresponding questions of the involved literature were extracted,then the descriptive analysis and summary were conducted.RESULTS:A total of 32 articles were included,14 of them were graded prescription review,accounting for 43.75%.There were differences in review basis,diversification in irrational content of review and inconsistent classifications among various articles,20 pieces of reviews were summarized.Totally 1157206 prescriptions were reviewed,of which 60513 were irrational prescriptions.Of the irrational prescriptions,the top 3 ranked by number of prescriptions were respectively those did not indicate special requirements as required,such as drug preparation and decoction(15076 prescriptions,accounting for 24.91%of irrational prescriptions);improper usage or dosage,without indicating reasons or re-signature(14407 prescriptions,accounting for 23.81%of irrational prescriptions);no TCM diagnosis were written or nonstandard or incompletely written of TCM diagnosis(10205 prescriptions,accounting for 16.86%of irrational prescriptions).CONCLUSIONS:Prescription review on TCM decoction pieces is of great significance to promote the rational application of TCM,while the specific review rules still need to be further optimized.
