摘  要:微生物是很多化工产品、营养成分和药用成分的重要来源,通过对微生物实施诱变育种,可获得高产有用成分的菌株.低温等离子体诱变技术具有使用方便、有效突变率高等优点,与红外光谱技术相结合,可对有用和关键产物进行无损、快速定性和定量分析,有利于从大量的突变菌株中快速筛选出所需的优良菌株.该文概述低温等离子体和红外光谱技术在微生物育种中的应用,介绍低温等离子体和红外光谱(包括中红外和近红外光谱)技术在灵芝诱变育种和品质检测方面的最新研究进展,展望其未来的应用前景.Microorganisms are important sources of many chemical products,nutrients and medicinal ingredients.Through mutation breeding technology,microbial strains with high yields and useful components can be acquired.Low-temperature plasma(LTP)mutagenesis technology has many advantages,such as easy use and high mutation rate.Combined with infrared spectroscopy,the key products can be analyzed quickly,non-destructively,qualitatively and quantitatively,which is conducive to the rapid screening of a large number of mutant strains.In this paper,the application of low temperature plasma mutagenesis and infrared spectroscopy screening technology in the microbial mutation breeding was reviewed.The latest research progress of low-temperature plasma and infrared spectroscopy(including mid-infrared and near-infrared spectroscopy)technology in the mutation breeding and quality inspection of Ganoderma lucidum was introduced,and its future application prospects were expected.
