摘　　要：介绍MC5D辊坯制造技术要点,通过锻造工艺与高温扩散技术合理应用,改善辊坯原始偏析、消除液析碳化,提高辊坯致密度,达到高质量辊坯质量要求,同时有效降低了生产成本。This paper introduces the key points of manufacturing technology of MC5D roller billet,through the reasonable application of forging technology and high temperature diffusion technology,it can improve the original segregation of roller billet,eliminate the liquation carbonization,and improve the density of roller billet,which reaches the quality requirements of high quality roller billet,and effectively reduce the production cost.
