摘　　要：随着我国社会主要矛盾的转移,心理学服务社会的定位也发生了改变,由心理咨询转向心理服务,为提升民众心理资本、培育良好社会心态发挥重要功能。良好的心态是社会心理服务体系建设的逻辑起点,加强社会心理服务体系的建设,从人才培养、模式探索、技术研发以及成果转化等方面探索心理学在提升社会心理服务功能上的新路径,既是时代的需求,更是涵养社会心态、加强社会治理的重要举措。The transfer of Chinese main social conflict ignites the alter of the purpose for which psychology serving the society from psychological counselling to service.It prioritizes in psychological capital enhancement and sound social mindset nurture.Sound mindset construction is what the social psychological service should start from.Therefore,pioneering the new path in the field of talent raise,modes exploration,technical research and development plus achievement transform and others to improve psychological service is more than the need of the times but the means to cultivate sound social mentality and accelerate social governess.
