摘　　要：目的:对中药临床药师在医院开展具体工作时遇到的问题进行探讨并提出改进措施。方法:分析中药临床药师工作现状及潜在问题,制定并落实相关解决对策。结果:中药临床药师可通过提高自身素养、关注药品质量及不良反应并为临床提供此类药学监护等措施优化药学服务。结论:中药临床药学模式在医院中药房中的开展能够提升中药合理用药,提升药学服务质量及药学管理水平。Objective:To discuss the problems encountered by clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals and propose improvement measures.Method:The current status and potential problems of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed.The relevant countermeasures were formulated and implemented.Result:Clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine can optimize pharmacy services by improving self capacity,paying attention to drug quality and adverse reactions,and providing pharmacy monitoring in clinic.Conclusion:The development of the clinical pharmacy model of Chinese medicine in hospital pharmacies can improve the rational use of Chinese medicine,improve the quality of pharmacy services and pharmacy management level.
