摘 要:超纯30Cr2Ni4MoV钢适用于火力发电机组的汽轮机转子等零件:对要求的主要元素含量为≤0.35%C、1.50%~2.00%Cr、3.25%~4.00%Ni、0.25%~0.60%Mo和0.07%~0.15%V(质量分数)的超纯30Cr2Ni4MoV钢进行了热处理工艺试验,采用Marc软件对钢的淬火冷却过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并采用小试样进行了物理模拟,检测了钢的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:840℃水淬、600〜605℃回火的超纯30Cr2Ni4MoV钢屈服强度达到了760~900MPa的要求,840℃水淬、560~575℃回火的超纯30Cr2Ni4MoV钢屈服强度达到了965~1035MPa的要求,并具有良好的冲击韧度,显微组织为回火索氏体。The ultra-pure 30 Cr2 Ni4 MoV steel is suitable for turbine rotor and other parts of heat power station.The test for heat treatment process for the ultra-pure 30 Cr2 Ni4 MoV steel whose contents of essential elements required are 0.35% C or less,1.50% to 2.00% Cr,3.25% to 4.00% Ni,0.25% to 0.60% Mo,and 0.07% to 0.15%V(mass fraction) was done.The finite element numerical simulation of quenching process of the steel was performed by a Marc software,and the physical simulation was performed with the use of the small samples.Mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel were detected.The results demonstrated that the 30 Cr2 Ni4 MoV steel gave yield strength of 760 to 900 MPa after being quenched in water from 840℃ and tempered at 600 to 650℃,and of965 to 1 035 MPa after being quenched in water from 840℃ and tempered at 560 to 575℃,which all conformed with the requirements.In addition,the steel possessed satisfactory impact toughness and microstrcture consisting of tempered sorbite.
