摘  要:以大跨度多截面板式组合桁架与管桁架组合屋面结构施工项目为例,从工程案例实际情况出发,结合组合屋面截面参数,分析了案例工程项目大跨度组合桁架与管桁架倾斜角度大、连接形式变化多样、受力复杂等施工技术难点及主次桁架、平面桁架、整体桁架结构、穹顶之上桁架等安装施工重点。采用“屋面桁架八爪支撑”临时加固措施,整榀吊装较大跨度的主板式桁架。通过Tekla软件模拟优化,经桁架施工分段吊装,高空精准对接,顺利完成了大跨度钢管桁架施工任务。Taking the construction project of large-span multi-section plate composite truss and pipe truss composite roof structure as an example,starting from the actual situation of the project case,combined with the section parameters of composite roof,the construction technical difficulties of large-span composite trusses and pipe trusses,such as large inclined angle,varied connection forms and complex stress,as well as key points of installation of the primary and secondary trusses,plane trusses,integral truss structure and truss above dome are analyzed.The temporary reinforcement measures of"eight claw support of roof truss"are adopted to realize the hoisting of the whole large-span main board truss.The construction task of large-span steel pipe truss is successfully completed through the simulation and optimization using Tekla software,sectional hoisting of truss construction and high-altitude precise docking.
