摘　　要：为解决城市建设中老旧厂房增层改建的施工难题,以上海某旧厂房插层改建为例,从设计方案、结构改建施工技术、施工安全措施三方面,着重研究并攻克了旧厂房改造的技术难题。在保证原建筑总高度不变和安全的前提下,利用“大层高插入新结构层”的技术成果,填补了该方面的技术空白。总结的施工经验可为类似工程借鉴。In order to solve the reconstruction problem of additional storey in old factory building in urban construction,taking the reconstruction of additional storey in an old factory building in Shanghai as an example,this paper studies and overcomes the technical problems in the reconstruction of old factory building from three aspects of design scheme,construction technology for structural reconstruction,and construction safety measures.On the premise that the total height of the original building remains unchanged and safe,the technical gap in this field is filled by using the technical achievements of"inserting new structural layer in original large storey height The summarized construction experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
