摘 要:通过对透光混凝土光导材料选择与定位、混凝土配制、混凝土浇捣养护、混凝土模板与表观质量控制、混凝土着色与表面造型等方面的技术研究,研发了预制透光混凝土构件成套制备工艺及关键技术,解决了现有透光混凝土制备工艺中存在的光纤定位差且分布不均匀、施工效率低及光导纤维密布导致混凝土表面开裂等问题。将所研发的预制透光混凝土构件制作工艺应用于试件制作,所得的透光混凝土构件质量及表观效果良好。Through the technical research on the selection and location of photoconductive materials, concrete preparation, concrete pouring, compacting and curing, control of concrete formwork and apparent quality, concrete coloring and surface modeling, a complete set of preparation technology and key technologies of precast light transmitting concrete members are developed. The problems such as poor positioning and uneven distribution of optical fiber, low construction efficiency and concrete surface cracking caused by dense photoconductive fiber are solved. The developed precast light transmitting concrete member production process is applied to the test specimen production, and the quality and apparent effect of the precast light transmitting concrete members are good.
