摘  要:为解决超深地下连续墙采用套铣接头施工工艺时,二期槽段在铣削成槽过程中,切削的大量混凝土渣混入泥浆中,使颗粒之间空隙变大,导致泥皮无法形成有效的保护膜,影响施工质量的问题,对膨润土的配合比进行了调整。通过添加聚丙烯酰胺溶液,有效地解决了混凝土渣对泥浆的影响,改善了循环浆的质量,确保了施工的顺利进行,也为类似工程提供了经验参考。In order to solve the problem of using the sleeve milling joint construction technology for the super-deep diaphragm wall,a large amount of concrete slag is mixed into the slurry during the milling process of the second stage groove section,which makes the gap between particles become larger.As a result,effective protective film cannot be formed on the slurry skin and the construction quality is affected,so that the mixture ratio of bentonite is adjusted.The influence of concrete slag on slurry is effectively solved by adding polyacrylamide solution,the quality of circulating slurry is improved,the smooth progress of construction is guaranteed and the experience can also be provided for similar projects.
