摘 要:在桥梁工程钢箱梁施工安装过程中,由于温度、焊接、悬臂施工、合龙以及支座安装等的影响,极易造成钢箱梁安装偏差。结合工程实践,研究了钢箱梁在安装过程中具体的偏差补偿措施。通过温度变化的补偿、焊接收缩的补偿、剪力滞后的补偿、悬臂施工的补偿、合龙段的余量补偿以及累计偏差的补偿等综合应用,从而保证了钢箱梁的安装达到设计标准且满足使用要求,取得了良好的效果。During the construction and installation of steel box girder in bridge engineering,due to the influence of temperature,welding,cantilever construction,closure and bearing installation,it is easy to cause deviation of steel box girder installation.Combined with the engineering practice,the specific deviation compensation measures in the installation process of steel box girder are studied.The comprehensive measures of temperature change compensation,welding shrinkage compensation,shear lag compensation,cantilever construction compensation,closure section allowance compensation and cumulative deviation compensation are applied,so as to ensure that the installation of steel box girder meets the design standard and the operating requirements and achieves good effect.
