摘　　要：以某大型地下车库建设为背景,提出BIM技术应用于项目建设的具体实施技术路线。通过BIM技术在水、暖、电方案的排布设计,多专业的碰撞检测,可视化交底,车位分析和净高安全分析等方面的具体应用,提高了设计效率和施工质量,有利于项目后期的综合运营,为其他地下车库项目建设应用BIM技术提供了借鉴。Taking the construction of a large underground garage as the background,the specific implementation technical route of BIM technology is applied to the project construction.Through the specific application of BIM technology in the layout design of water,heating and electricity schemes,multi-disciplinary collision detection,visual summary,parking space analysis and clear height safety analysis,the design efficiency and construction quality are improved,which is conducive to the comprehensive operation of the later stage of the project,and provides reference for the construction and application of BIM technology in other underground garage projects.
