摘　　要：文章以寿光洪涝灾情为例,分析特大暴雨灾害抢险救援工作,坚持以人为本的指导思想,政府重视及时组织救援,迅速反应及时转移受灾群众,部署周密做好应急处置,协调联动应急工作。Taking the Shouguang flood disaster as an example,the article analyzes the emergency rescue work of the heavy rainfall disaster:adhere to the people-oriented guiding ideology,the govermment attaches importance to organizing rescue in a timely manner,responding promptly to the affected people in a timely manner,deploying well-disposed emergency response,and coordinating the joint emergency work.
