“语际变换式”剽窃行为分析及防范对策研究

摘　　要：【目的】为防止在国际文化传播中出现"语际变换式"剽窃行为,提出相关策略。【方法】采用解析法、归纳法、案例法对"语际变换式"剽窃行为进行界定和分析。【结果】该剽窃行为具有隐蔽性强、裁定困难、关注延迟的特点,且会严重影响下游学术文献的纯净性。为有效防范和识别该剽窃行为,需综合治理。【结论】杜绝"语际变换式"剽窃行为的措施主要包括:增强检测技术,把区块链技术嵌入到学术不端检测系统;松绑名利之间的强关联;提高对"语际变换式"学术剽窃行为的认识,从源头杜绝该行为;加大监管和追责力度;加强编辑的责任意识和跨界意识。[Purposes] In order to prevent the plagiarism of interlanguage transformation in the cultural transmission,the relevant strategies will be put forward in this paper.[Methods] The plagiarism of interlanguage transformation was defined and analyzed by analytic method,inductive method,and case method.[Findings] The plagiarism of interlanguage transformation has characteristics of strong concealment,difficulty in adjudication,and delayed attention,and it will seriously affect the purity of downstream academic literatures.To effectively prevent and identify the plagiarism,it needs to be managed comprehensively.[Conclusions]The effective measures to eliminate the plagiarism of interlanguage transformation are as follows:the detection technology will be enhanced and blockchain technology will be embedded into academic misconduct detection system;the strong connection between fame and wealth will be loosened;the understanding to the plagiarism of interlanguage transformation will be improved,and the behavior should be eliminated from the source;the supervision and accountability will be strengthened;and the editor’s sense of responsibility and cross-border consciousness will be enhanced.
