摘　　要：【目的】分析我国英文SCI科技期刊中作者国际化占比的现状,促进其国际化发展。【方法】以入选"中国科技期刊卓越行动计划"领军和重点期刊类项目的 51种期刊为研究对象,统计期刊的基本情况并研究其国外作者论文占比以及美国、英国、德国和日本等国家作者的发文比例,阐述期刊刊名、与国际出版商合作、OA出版形态等因素对期刊国际化水平的影响,探讨国外作者独著占比与期刊国际影响力的关系。【结果】这些期刊中国外作者独著占比整体较高,国外作者主要来源于美国、德国、英国等;普遍存在整体载文量低、出版规模小等问题。【结论】建议我国英文科技期刊从吸引世界杰出学者为期刊作者,影响因子和载文量"双效"发展,以及探索国际传播新方式等方面加强建设,加速国际化发展。[Purposes] This paper analyzes the authorship internationalization degree of English scientific journals published in China and indexed by SCI,so as to promote their international development.[Methods] Taking the 51 journals funded by leading and key projects of Action Plan for the Excellence of Chinese STM Journals as research objects,the basic journal information and authorship internationalization level of these journals were analyzed.The contribution proportions from major scientific research countries,including USA,England,Germany,and Japan,to these journals were compared in detail.The influences of journals’ English title,cooperation with international publishers,and OA publishing form on their internationalization level were further expounded.The relationship between the proportion of exclusively foreign authors and the international impact of journals was also discussed.[Findings] Among these journals,foreign contributions account for a relatively high proportion,mainly from USA,German,and England.Meanwhile,characteristics of low paper quantity and small scale are also disclosed for English scientific journals in China.[Conclusions] To speed the internationalization development of English scientific journals published in China,we advise to strengthen the construction in these respects such as attracting more contributions from distinguished scholars around the world,adopting a double-effect strategy of simultaneously enlarging the paper quantity and enhancing impact factor,and exploring innovative methods for international dissemination.
