摘　　要：介绍了防熔融金属飞溅面料(阻燃粘胶纤维55%、羊毛纤维25%,其他功能性纤维20%)的设计思路、结构特点、染整工艺流程和生产实践。经过自测和西班牙纺织工业协会检验室根据标准ISO 11612:2015《防护服装隔热和防护服装最低性能要求》测试,防熔融金属飞溅等级铝液达到2级,铁溶液达到3级,织物能够满足冶炼作业工人的安全防护要求。The design idea,structural characteristics,dyeing and finishing process and production practice of the blended fabric containing 55%fire-retardant viscose fiber,25%wool fiber and 20%other functional fibers are introduced.After self-test and inspection room of Spanish textile industry association according to the standard ISO 11612:2015"Protective clothing-clothing to protect against heat and flameminimum performance requirements",the level of anti molten metal splashing of the fabric reaches:aluminum liquid Grade 2,iron solution Grade 3.The fabric can meet the safety protection requirements of smelting workers.
