技能训练对自然分娩高龄产妇肛门功能恢复的应用价值

摘　　要：为探讨技能训练对自然分娩高龄产妇肛门功能恢复的应用价值,将自然分娩的高龄产妇68例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组产后进行常规保健,观察组在此基础上进行技能训练,观察比较2组患者肛门直肠检测结果及产后尿失禁发生率。结果显示,干预前2组患者肛门直肠功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者肛管静息压、收缩压及直肠排便压高于对照组(P <0.05),直肠静息压低于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者产后1个月尿失禁发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),产后2、3个月观察组尿失禁发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,技能训练可显著改善自然分娩高龄产妇肛门直肠症状,促进其功能恢复,且明显降低尿失禁发生率,对加快产妇产后康复具有促进作用。This study was to explore the application value of technical ability training in anal function recovery of elderly parturient with spontaneous delivery,randomly divided 68 cases met above condition into control group(34 cases,routine health care)and observation group(34 cases,added with technical ability training based on routine health care);then,observed and compared both group’s detection results of anorectum,and incidence of puerperal uroclepsia.As results,before intervention ano-rectal function of both groups had no statistical difference(P >0.05);but after intervention in ARP,systolic pressure and rectal defecation pressure,and in RRP,observation group was respectively higher,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05);at 1 month after delivery in uroclepsia incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05),but over 2-3 months after delivery,the incidence of uroclepsia,observation group was lower than control group(P <0.05).Results show that technical ability training can significantly improve ano-rectal symptoms of elderly parturient with spontaneous delivery,promote ano-rectal symptoms of elderly parturient with spontaneous delivery,promote ano-rectal function recovered,distinctly reduce uroclepsia incidence,so that has the role of promoting puerperal rehabilitation.
