摘　　要：目的调查吉林省各市级疾控机构实验室发展现状,分析并提出合理化建议,为提升吉林全省疾控履职能力和服务能力奠定基础。方法调查2016和2018年吉林省9个市级疾控机构人员、检验能力、仪器设备及专用实验室等情况,将收集的数据利用Excel整理汇总,采用描述性方法对数据进行分析。结果 2018年,各市级疾控机构专用实验室及房屋建设情况略有改善,其中A、B类项目平均开展率分别为77.35%和20.08%,其中市级疾控机构A类项目开展率差异有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为72.36、83.42,P<0.05),A、B、C类设备的平均配备率分别为83.15%、35.96%和29.69%,与2016年比较,检验项目开展和仪器设备配备情况有一定提高。结论在各级政府的大力支持下,基层疾控机构实验室检验能力与设备配置得到改善,应继续加快实现实验室建设规范化、科学化,稳步推进疾控系统能力建设。Objective To investigate the current situation of laboratory development in municipal CDCs in Jilin Province, and to analyze and put forward reasonable suggestions, so as to lay a foundation for improving the ability of disease control performance and service in Jinlin Province. Methods The situations of staff, inspection capacity, instruments and equipment as well as special laboratories of nine municipal CDCs in Jilin Province in 2016 and 2018 were general surveyed. Excel was used to sort and summarize the collected data, and descriptive method was used for the final comparison.Results In 2018, special laboratory and housing construction in municipal CDCs were slightly promoted, with the average carrying out rate of A and B project was 77.35% and 20.08% respectively. Among them, there was statistically significant difference in the development rate of class A projects of municipal CDCs(χ^2=72.36, 83.42, P<0.05), the average allocation rate of class A, B and C equipment was 83.15%, 35.96% and 29.69% respectively. Compared with 2016, the implementation of the inspection projects and the equipment allocation were improved to a certain extent. Conclusion Under the strong support of governments at all levels, the laboratory inspection capability and equipment configuration of grassroots CDCs are improved. It is necessary to continue to speed up the standardization and scientific construction of laboratory, in order to promote the capacity building of CDC system steadily.
