摘  要:Ti及Ti合金线材应用广泛,但在热加工过程中容易产生多种缺陷,工业连续化生产困难。以工业纯Ti自身特性、热加工图、碳钢盘条生产经验等为重要依据,设计了工业纯Ti盘条孔型系统,制定了加热、轧制、冷却等工艺参数,并在某高线产线上进行了试制。结果表明,纯Ti盘条组织性能及硬度均满足标准的要求,高速线材轧钢设备生产工业纯Ti高线盘条是可行的。Ti and Ti alloy wire are widely used,but they are prone to produce various defects during the hot working process,making it difficult for industrial continuous production.Based on the characteristics of industrial pure Ti,thermal processing map,carbon steel wire rod production experience,etc.,the industrial pure Ti wire coil pass system was designed,and the process parameters such as heating,rolling,and cooling were formulated,and the trial production was carried out on the production line.The results show that the microstructure and properties and hardness of pure Ti wire coils meet the requirements of the standard,and it is feasible to produce industrial pure Ti high wire coils by high-speed wire rod rolling equipment.
