摘　　要：针对邯郸钢铁集团中板厂宽厚板产线辊道电机周围环境湿度较大,潮气进入电机内部使其绝缘受潮,造成烧损的问题,提出了对电机增设挡水罩、甩水轮、高压风管,以及提升电机现场管理和电机修理过程监控等措施。生产实践表明,全年可降低因电机造成的突发事故时间约20 h以上,每年可节约电机修理费用约10余万元,同时也减少了钢板表面质量缺陷,避免了质量异议的发生。In view of the roller table motor burned damage problem because of the high humidity surrounding,the moisture entered the motor and the insulation dampened in the wide and heavy plate rolling line of Hansteel,some measures were put forward,such as adding a water retaining cover,water swing wheel and high pressure air ducts,as well as measures to improve motor site management and motor repair process monitoring.The production practice show that the annual accident time caused by the motor can be reduced for more than 20 hours,and the motor repair cost can be saved by more than 100,000 yuan per year.At the same time,the quality defects of the plate surface are reduced,and the occurrence of quality objections is avoided.
