摘  要:目的: 分析替罗非班相关药品不良反应( adverse drug reaction,ADR) 的发生原因及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法: 对 2017 年 6 月—2019 年 6 月临床应用替罗非班抗血小板治疗患者的 612 份病例进行回顾性统计分析。结果: 共 12 例发生替罗非班相关 ADR,ADR 发生率 1. 96% ,其中男性 10 例,女性2 例,年龄 47 ~ 81 岁,65 岁以上的患者 8 例( 66. 67% ) ,用药 1 d 内发生 ADR 11 例( 91. 67% ) ,替罗非班相关ADR 以出血和血小板减少多见,造影剂肾病与该药相关的血小板减少有着相互的影响。结论: 应用替罗非班抗血小板治疗时可出现严重程度不同的 ADR,应根据患者的自身状况做到个体化用药,并加强用药期间的监测,警惕不同药物 ADR 间的相互影响,保障患者用药安全。Objective: To analyze the causes and characteristics of tirofiban-induced adverse drug reactions ( ADRs) and provide reference for clinical safe drug use. Methods: A retrospective analysis were conducted on 612 cases of antiplatelet therapy using tirofiban during June 2017 to June 2019. Results: Totally 12 patients with ADRs induced by tirofiban were collected,with an incidence rate of adverse reactions at 1. 96% ,in-cluding 10 men and 2 women,who aged 47 ~ 81,among which 8 patients ( 66. 67% ) were over 65 years old. There were 11 cases ( 91. 67% ) of adverse reactions within 1 day. ADRs induced by tirofiban were mostly hemorrhage and thrombocytopenia,and there was an interaction between contrast-induced nephropathy and tirofiban-induced thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Different degrees of ADRs may occur in the an-tiplatelet treatment of tirofiban Individualized medicine should be performed according to the patient's own conditions,and monitoring should be strengthened during the medication,interaction between differ-ent ADRs should be paid attention to in order to protect the patient's medication safety.
