摘　　要：泡沫染整是一种低给液加工技术,利用空气代替工作液中的水,将整理液施加到织物表面并向纤维内部传递。泡沫染整技术能够减少水、能量、染化料用量,有效缓解目前环保所带来的压力。介绍了泡沫染整的发展过程,并通过解析泡沫染整过程,介绍在生产过程中的相应泡沫染整设备,分析泡沫染整所面临的挑战并指出未来的发展方向。Foam dyeing and finishing is a novel foam technology.Air is used to replace water in the work⁃ing solution,and the finishing solution is applied to the fabric surface and transferred to the fiber interior.The consumption of water,energy and dyeing chemicals can be reduced to relieve the pressure of environmental protection and energy consumption.The developments of foam dyeing and finishing are clarified.The equip⁃ment during the manufacturing process are presented by analysis of dyeing and finishing process.The current challenges are analyzed and the future directions of foam dyeing and finishing are indicated.
