摘　　要：从3个方面[REACH法规中3个限制物质清单的新变化、STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX的新规定和AAFA限制物质清单(RSL)的新要求等]阐述了2020年国际市场对禁限用纺织化学品的新要求。从中可以看出,各国以积极的姿态和必胜的信心采取一系列强有力的措施支持2020年全球有害化学物质零排放和去毒行动。The new requirements for prohibited and restricted textile chemicals in 2020 on the interna⁃tional market were described from three respects,which were new changes of the three restricted substanc⁃es lists in the REACH regulation,new stipulations of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX and new requirements of AAFA restricted substances list(RSL),etc.It could be seen that with a positive attitude and confidence to win,all countries had taken a series of strong measures to support the zero discharge of global hazardous chemicals by 2020 and the detox action.
