摘 要:采用层层自组装法在棉织物表面吸附壳聚糖(CS)和聚磷酸铵(APP)构筑膨胀型阻燃体系。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)和垂直燃烧仪对涂覆前后棉织物的微观形貌、热稳定性能和阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明:APP/CS能够均匀地附着在棉织物表面,在热降解过程中促进了棉织物提前分解成炭,赋予棉织物优良的阻燃性能;随着组装层数的增加,棉织物续燃时间缩短,阻燃性能提高;当组装层数为5层时,棉织物的增重率为16.7%,续燃时间为0 s,损毁长度仅为84 mm。An intumescent flame-retardant system was constructed on the surface of cotton fabrics by chitosan(CS)and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)through layer-by-layer self-assembly method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and vertical burning tests were used to analyze the micro-morphology,thermal stablity and flame retardancy of cotton fabrics before and after coating.The re⁃sults showed that APP/CS could adhere to the surface of cotton fabric evenly,promote the decomposition of cotton fabric into char in advance in the process of thermal degradation,and endow cotton fabric with excel⁃lent flame retardancy.With the increase of the number of assembled layers,the continuous burning time of cotton fabric was shortened and the flame retardancy was improved.When the number of bilayer was 5,the weight gain rate of cotton fabric was 16.7%,the after-flame time was 0 s,and the damage length was only 84 mm.
