摘  要:用水解氨化池/好氧池/中沉池的前置硝化工艺预处理高氨氮印花废水,用截留池/A段兼氧/A段二沉/B段好氧/B段二沉/终沉池的改良型AB法工艺处理高总氮综合废水。工程运行结果表明:进水CODCr≤3000 mg/L,NH3-N≤350 mg/L,TN≤350 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L,色度≤600倍,苯胺类≤3.5 mg/L;处理后出水CODCr≤200 mg/L,NH3-N≤20 mg/L,TN≤30 mg/L,SS≤80 mg/L,色度≤80倍,苯胺类≤1.0 mg/L,达到环保要求的纳管标准。The high ammonia nitrogen printing wastewater was pretreated by the preset nitrification pro⁃cess of hydrolysis ammoniation tank/aerobic tank/middle sedimentation tank.The high total nitrogen compre⁃hensive wastewater was treated by improved AB process of intercepting tank/section A facultative-aerobic/section A secondary sedimentation/section B aerobic/section B secondary sedimentation/final sedimentation tank.The operation results of the process showed that influent CODCr≤3000 mg/L,NH3-N≤350 mg/L,TN≤350 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L,chrominance≤600 times and anilines≤3.5 mg/L;treated effluent CODCr≤200 mg/L,NH3-N≤20 mg/L,TN≤30 mg/L,SS≤80 mg/L,chrominance≤80 times and anilines≤1.0 mg/L,which could meet the environmental protection receiving requirements.
