护理干预联合叶酸治疗H型高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对H型高血压患者进行护理干预及叶酸治疗的效果。方法选取2016年2月-2018年2月天津市公安医院门诊收治的111例H型高血压患者,随机分为研究组53例和对照组58例,对照组给予依那普利片10 mg/d,研究组在对照组基础上加服叶酸0.8 mg/d,同时实施护理干预,比较两组患者干预效果。结果研究组干预后血压及血清Hcy水平明显低于干预前和对照组,且均降至正常水平,规律服用、饮食控制、戒烟、戒酒、控制体重等遵医行为均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切实有效的护理干预,能提高患者的服药依从性,让患者做到坚持服药并提高对血压的管理和控制,联合叶酸治疗可明显延缓心脑血管疾病的发生,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention and folate treatment on patients with Htype hypertension.Methods From February 2016 to February 2018,111 patients with H-type hypertension admitted to Tianjin Public Security Hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group with 53 cases and control group with 58 cases.The control group were treated with oral Enalapril with 10 mg per day.The study group on the basis of the control group was given oral folate with 0.8 mg per day,and nursing intervention was given at the same time.The intervention effect were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure and serum Hcy levels in the study group were significantly lower than those before the intervention and the control group,and both decreased to normallevels.T he medical compliance behaviors such as regular use,diet control,smoking cessation,alcohol cessation,weight control in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion P ractical and effective nursing intervention could improve the medical compliance behaviors of patients,make patients adhere to medication and improve the management and control of blood pressure.C ombining folate treatment with nursing intervention could obviously delay the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and improve the quality of life.
