社区健康干预对糖尿病前期人群的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨社区健康干预对糖尿病前期人群的效果。方法选取2018年在天津市滨海新区汉沽街社区进行社区健康体检时发现的糖尿病前期人群116例,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。对所入选患者进行血糖、血压、身高、体重等体格检查并建立健康档案。对照组采用常规指导,观察组采用健康教育等干预方法进行干预管理。比较两组患者干预效果及饮酒、饮食不当、缺乏锻炼、超重肥胖不良行为的发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.1%,明显高于对照组的72.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组饮酒、饮食不当、缺乏锻炼、及超重肥胖等不良行为发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区健康干预对糖尿病前期人群效果良好,可以有效促进糖尿病前期人群健康行为形成,从而预防或延迟糖尿病的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of community health intervention on prediabetes population.Methods One hundred and sixteen prediabetes population found during community health examination in Binhai New Area Hangu Street Community Health Service Center of Tianjin in 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 58 cases in each group.Blood glucose,blood pressure,height,weight and other physical examination were carried out,and health records were established.The control group was given routine guidance,and the observation group was given health education intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups and the incidences of drinking,improper diet,lack of exercise,overweight and obesity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%,which was significantly higher than 72.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of drinking,improper diet,lack of exercise,overweight and obesity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health intervention had a good effect on prediabetes,which could effectively promote the formation of health behavior of prediabetes population,thus preventing or delaying the occurrence of diabetes,which had high clinical application value.
