摘　　要：目前,旋转工作台大多无法进行多工件的连续加工。为适应装备制造业智能化生产的需求,本文提出了一种基于电子控制的自动化旋转装置。其间通过对其结构设计、控制系统进行阐述,介绍其实现自动升降旋转的原理,并通过软件进行运动仿真,验证该结构的合理性。At present,most of the rotary tables cannot perform continuous processing of multiple workpieces.In order to meet the needs of intelligent production in the equipment manufacturing industry,this paper proposed an automat⁃ic rotating device based on electronic control.In the meantime,the principle of realizing automatic lifting and rota⁃tion was introduced by explaining its structural design and control system,and the software was used for motion simu⁃lation to verify the rationality of the structure.
