摘　　要：目的:对比完全腹腔镜与开放回肠单腔造口还纳术的疗效,探讨完全腹腔镜手术的安全性与可行性。方法:对比分析2016年5月至2019年5月接受回肠单腔造口还纳术的80例患者的临床资料,将患者分为腹腔镜组(行完全腹腔镜回肠造口还纳术)与开腹组(行开放回肠造口还纳术),每组40例。结果:两组患者临床资料差异无统计学意义。腹腔镜组住院时间、术后并发症发生率优于开腹组(P<0.05),但腹腔镜组手术时间长于开腹组(P<0.05)。讨论:完全腹腔镜回肠造口还纳术是安全、有效的,与开腹手术相比,可缩短住院时间、降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To compare the results of totally laparoscopic with open single lumen ileostomy reversal,and evaluate safety and feasibility of totally laparoscopic operation.Methods:Clinical data of 80 patients who underwent single lumen ileostomy reversal from May 2016 to May 2019 were comparatively analyzed.40 patients were treated with totally laparoscopic ileostomy reversal(laparoscopic group)and 40 patients underwent open ileostomy reversal(open group).The clinical characteristic,postoperative outcomes were measured.Results:There was no difference in the clinical characteristic between the two groups.Compared with open group,the hospital stay and incidence of postoperative complications in laparoscopic group decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the operation time in laparoscopic group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic ileostomy reversal with intracorporeal anastomosis is a safe and effective procedure.Compared with conventional operation,it can significantly reduce hospitalization time and postoperative complications incidence.
