摘 要:在前期单头螺旋式液压缓冲器研究的基础上,针对高速冲击工况下缓冲器快速耗能的需求,提出一种新型的多头螺旋式液压缓冲器。基于Fluent软件,对多头螺旋式液压缓冲器的槽宽、槽深以及直径等结构参数进行了仿真分析。探究了不同结构参数对缓冲器水头损失的影响,并与前期研发的单头螺旋式液压缓冲器进行了对比。得到以下结论:多头螺旋式液压缓冲器槽宽以及槽深越小,直径越大,其水头损失越大;相比单头螺旋式液压缓冲器,多头螺旋式液压缓冲器更适应于高速冲击,可控性更好。Based on the research of single head screw hydraulic buffer,a new type of multi head screw hydraulic buffer is proposed,which is aiming at the requirement of fast energy consumption of the buffer under high-speed impact conditions.By means of the Fluent software,structural parameters of the multi head screw hydraulic buffer,such as groove width,groove depth and diameter,are simulated and analyzed.The influence of different parameters on the pressure loss of the buffer is explored,which is compared with the single head screw developed in the early stage.As for the multi head screw hydraulic buffer,the conclusion is given as following,on the one side the smaller of the groove width and groove depth,the bigger of head loss,on the other side,the bigger of the diameter,the bigger of head loss.It shows that the multi head screw buffer is more suitable for high-speed impact and has better controllability than the single head screw buffer.
