摘  要:在普通曳引电梯运行过程中,当处于轻载上行和重载下行工况,曳引机处于发电状态,再生能量通过制动电阻消耗掉,不仅造成了能量的浪费,而且还增加了机房的散热负担。为解决上述问题,提出并设计了一种采用变排量液压泵/马达的电液混合驱动曳引电梯节能系统。该系统可将曳引机处于发电状态时产生的能量储存在蓄能器中,当电梯处于电动状态时,蓄能器能量释放,辅助曳引机驱动。研究中,在SimualtionX中建立了考虑蓄能器压力脉动及曳引机负载转矩变化的电-液联合仿真模型,并基于曳引机的运行特性,建立了变量泵/马达的流量动态模型。仿真获取了曳引机的能耗及转矩的特性,并与传统电梯及采用定排量泵/马达节能系统电梯的电机能耗进行比对分析。结果表明,采用变排量液压泵/马达来吸收和释放电梯运行时所产生的能量能够最大限度的达到能量的回收利用,与定排量节能曳引电梯相比,节能效果可达到10%~40%。During the operation of the ordinary traction elevator,when the light load is up and the heavy load is in the down condition,the traction machine is in the power generation state,and the regenerative energy is consumed by the braking resistor,which not only causes waste of energy,but also increases the equipment room.Heat dissipation burden.In order to solve the above problems,an electro-hydraulic hybrid drive traction elevator energy-saving system using a variable displacement hydraulic pump/motor is proposed and designed.The system can store the energy generated when the traction machine is in the power generation state in the accumulator.When the elevator is in the electric state,the energy of the accumulator is released and the auxiliary traction machine is driven.In the research,an electro-hydraulic joint simulation model considering the pressure fluctuation of the accumulator and the load torque of the traction machine was established in software SimualtionX.Based on the operating characteristics of the traction machine,the flow dynamic model of the variable pump/motor was established.The simulation obtained the characteristics of the energy consumption and torque of the traction machine,and compared with the traditional elevator and the motor energy consumption of the elevator with the fixed displacement pump/motor energy-saving system.The results show that the variable displacement hydraulic pump/motor can absorb and release the energy generated by the elevator to maximize the energy recovery.Compared with the fixed-displacement energy-saving traction elevator,the energy-saving effect can reach 10%~40%.
