摘 要:恒压变量泵作为通用的飞机液压能源,其工作可靠性影响着飞机的飞行安全。近年来,发现某型液压泵回位活塞与滚轮存在撞击痕迹,这一异常现象给液压泵使用带来安全隐患。对产品相关结构进行分析、仿真及试验验证,发现随动腔存在较大瞬时峰值压力是导致撞击的原因所在,对回位活塞进行了适应性改进,解决了撞击问题,使该型液压泵更加稳定可靠,也为同类产品相似问题的解决提供了思路。Constant pressure variable pump is a common hydraulic energy source for aircraft,and its working reliability affects the flight safety of aircraft。In recent years,It is found that there is abnormal impact trace between the returning piston and the roller,which brings security risks to the use of the hydraulic pump.This paper analyzes,simulates and verifies the relevent structure of the product.It is found that the large instantaneous peak pressure of the servo cavity is the cause of impact.The adaptive improvement of the return piston solves the impact problem,which makes the hydraulic pump more stable and reliable.It also provides a way to solve the similar problems of the same products.
