摘  要:本次研究针对某核电项目汽轮机组工程运行事故进行研究,分析机组转速到特定值时,主、辅油泵切换时候,润滑油压力大幅下降。现采用 AMESim仿真技术对汽轮机组润滑油系统事故发生进行了仿真模拟分析,了解到油泵机切换停机时候给油量发生断流发生问题。经过研究显示,提升主、辅油泵机切换时汽轮机转速和延长辅助停机时候突降幅度,预防其对整个装置的影响。This study aimed at a Nuclear Power Project Steam Turbine Unit Operation Accident Research,analysis of the unit speed to a specific value,the main and auxiliary oil pump switching,the lubricating oil pressure dropped to.AMESIM simulation technology is used to simulate and analyze the accident of lubricating oil system of steam turbine unit,and the problem of cut-off of oil supply when the pump is switched off is found out.The research shows that the speed of steam turbine and the sudden drop of auxiliary shutdown are prolonged when the main and auxiliary pumps are switched to prevent their influence on the whole device.
