摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效分析。方法选取2018年10月~2019年10月我院妇科收治的宫颈支原体感染患者86例,随机分为两组,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组采用左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后支原体转阴率和临床症状消失情况。结果研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的支原体转阴率、临床症状消失情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈支原体感染患者采取左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗效果显著,有效改善支原体转阴率、临床症状消失情况,应推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of endocervical mycoplasma infection.Methods 86 patients with endocervical mycoplasma infection admitted to and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with azithromycin,while the study group was treated with levofloxacin combined with azithromycin.The clinical efficacies,the mycoplasma negative rates and the disappearance of clinical symptoms after one and two courses of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the mycoplasma negative rates and the disappearance of clinical symptoms of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin is significantly effective in the treatment of endocervical mycoplasma infection which can effectively improve the mycoplasma negative rates and the disappearance of clinical symptoms and should be promoted and applied.
