通痹开结针法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经根型颈椎病患者接受通痹开结针法治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法本实验研究的76例对象均随机选取于2018年1月~2019年1月在我院接受神经根型颈椎病治疗的患者,按照其治疗方法的不同进行分组,给予通痹开结针法治疗的38例患者作为实验组,给予常规针刺法治疗的38例患者作为参照组,比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后疼痛情况(NRS评分)、压痛点数目变化情况。结果两组治疗有效率比较,实验组(97.37%)较参照组(84.21%)高(P<0.05);治疗前实验组NRS评分与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组NRS评分比较,实验组较参照组低(P<0.05);治疗前实验组压痛点数目与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组压痛点数目比较,实验组较参照组少(P<0.05)。结论在为神经根型颈椎病患者实施治疗的过程中通痹开结针法的运用改善了患者的各项临床症状和体征,减轻了患者的疼痛感,提高了治疗的有效率与安全性,可以进行广泛的临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongbi Kaijie acupuncture on patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods 76 patients who underwent treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were grouped according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with Tongbi Kaijie acupuncture(n=38),and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture(n=38).The treatment effectiveness,numerical rating scale(NRS)score before and after treatment,and changes in the number of tender points were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness in the study group was 97.37%,which was higher than 84.21%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NRS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the NRS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in number of tender points between the two groups(P>0.05);while the number of tender points in the study group after treatment was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tongbi Kaijie acupuncture method in the treatment of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis improves the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduces the pain of patients,and improves the efficiency and safety of treatment,which can be widely promoted.
