摘 要:文章采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh对某纯电动轻卡车架进行分析与优化。建立车架有限元模型并求解前六阶模态振型,结合车架动态特性开展车架结构参数优化,改进后车架模态频率变化平缓,避免了车辆行驶中的共振。最后对比车架台架试验数据与CAE仿真分析结果,验证有限元分析的可靠性,为后续车架结构的改进、优化设计提供了参考。The finite element analysis software Hypermesh was used to analyze and optimize a pure electric light truck frame.The finite element model of the frame is established and the first six modes of mode shapes are solved.The structural parameters of the frame are optimized based on the dynamic characteristics of the frame.After the improvement,the modal frequency of the frame changes gently and the resonance during the vehicle is avoided.Finally,the test data of the frame and the CAE simulation analysis results are compared to verify the reliability of the finite element analysis,which provides a reference for the subsequent improvement and optimization of the frame structure.
