摘 要:车架总成零部件开裂是一种常见的失效模式。在处理同一期间多个零部件失效时,若逐一优化零部件会造成大量的资源投入,加大售后市场的操作难度。文章通过对某商用车车架总成中三种零部件失效的案例分析,介绍了一种故障分析解决方法,通过解决关键问题实现解决全部问题。并结合故障数据分析、CAE仿真分析及市场验证,证明了这一方法的有效性,提高了解决问题的效率。Cracking of frame assembly parts is a common failure mode.When dealing with the failure of multiple parts in the same period,if the parts are optimized one by one,it will cause a lot of resource investment and increase the operation difficulty of the after-sales market.In this paper,through the case analysis of the failure of three parts of t a commercial vehicle frame assembly,a fault analysis and solution method is introduced,and all problems are solved by solving the key problems.Combined with fault data analysis,CAE simulation analysis and market verification,the effectiveness of this method is proved,and the efficiency of problem solving is improved.
