摘　　要：汽车行驶时系统振动发出的声音统称为汽车的响声,而这些响声又可以分为正常响声和非正常响声即异响,异响是现象,故障才是本质。文章结合某车型在行驶过程中分离轴承发出的异响进行分析,总结分离轴承异响的原因及排查方法,采取有效的预防措施,对提高分离轴承的使用寿命及可靠性尤其重要。The sounds produced by the vibration of the system while a vehicle is running are collectively called the vehicle sound,which can be divided into normal sound and abnormal sound.Abnormal sound is the superficial symptom,and fault is the deep-seated reason.This article analyzes the abnormal sound of the release bearing during the driving process of a certain vehicle model,summarizes the causes of the abnormal sound of the release bearing and the troubleshooting methods,and provides effective preventive measures,which are particularly important for improving the service life and reliability of the release bearing.
