后路椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及对手术相关指标的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨后路椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及对手术相关指标的影响.方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者110例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组55例.对照组给予常规开放椎板开窗手术治疗,研究组给予后路椎间盘镜手术治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效、手术各相关指标情况及术后并发症发生情况.结果:两组患者的手术均取得成功.研究组术后优良率为96.36%,虽高于对照组的92.73%,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).研究组术中出血量少于对照组,切口长度、手术时长、术后卧床时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组术后并发症发生率为7.27%,虽低于对照组的9.09%,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:针对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床手术治疗,后路椎间盘镜手术方式相较于传统的开放椎板开窗手术具有出血量少,切口更小,手术时长更短以及卧床恢复时间更短的优点.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of posterior intervertebral disc endoscopic surgery for lumbar disc herniation and its influence on surgical indexes.Method:A total of 110 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional open lamina windowing surgery,the study group was treated with posterior intervertebral disc endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,operative indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operations were successful in both groups.The excellent and good rate after operation in the study group was 96.36%,which was higher than 92.73%in the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,the incision length,operation length and postoperative bed time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 7.27%,lower than 9.09%in the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical surgical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,compared with traditional open lamina windowing surgery,posterior intervertebral disc endoscopic surgery has the advantages of less bleeding,smaller incision,shorter operation time and shorter bed recovery time.
