护患沟通技巧在小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术围术期护理中的应用及对小儿QOL评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析护患沟通技巧在小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术围术期护理中的应用及对小儿QOL评分的影响.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月本院收治的接受手术治疗的先天性髋关节脱位患儿60例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例.对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上加强护患沟通技巧.比较两组VAS、SDS、SAS、QOL评分.结果:研究组VAS评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组QOL各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术围术期护理中应用护患沟通技巧效果理想,可有效缓解多种不良情绪对患儿造成的影响,减轻患儿疼痛感,缩短住院时间,进而促进患儿生活质量的改善,可推广使用.Objective:To analyze the application of nurse-patient communication skills in perioperative nursing of children with congenital dislocation of hip joint and its influence on children’s QOL score.Method:A total of 60 children with congenital dislocation of hip joint treated by operation were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group strengthened nurse-patient communication skills on the basis of the control group.VAS,SDS,SAS and QOL scores were compared between the two groups.Result:VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,QOL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient communication skills in perioperative nursing of children with congenital dislocation of the hip joint has an ideal effect,which can effectively alleviate the impact of various adverse emotions on children,reduce their pain,shorten the length of hospital stay,and then promote the improvement of the quality of life of children,therefore,it can be widely used.
