仙灵骨葆胶囊对老年性骨质疏松患者骨密度及骨代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊对老年性骨质疏松患者骨密度及骨代谢水平的影响。方法:选择2017年8月-2019年7月本院治疗的64例老年性骨质疏松患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例。对照组接受鲑鱼降钙素、阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组则加用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、骨密度、骨代谢指标[碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)]及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组股骨颈、腰椎L2~4骨密度、ALP、BGP水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组股骨颈(0.83±0.07)g/cm3、腰椎L2~4骨密度(0.88±0.09)g/cm3及BGP(4.16±0.41)μg/L,均高于对照组的(0.74±0.05)g/cm3、(0.79±0.06)g/cm3、(3.65±0.28)μg/L,ALP(82.17±6.37)U/L低于对照组的(105.37±9.52)U/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率(6.25%、12.50%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年性骨质疏松患者接受仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗有效性高且耐受性好,利于调节患者骨代谢水平,改善骨密度。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xianling Guzhi Capsule on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Method:Sixty-four elderly patients with osteoporosis treated in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Salmon Calcitonin and Alendronate,while the observation group was treated with Xianling Guzhen Capsule.The clinical efficacy,bone density,bone metabolism indicators[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin(BGP)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the bone mineral density,ALP,and BGP levels of the femoral neck and lumbar spine L2-4 before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the femoral neck(0.83±0.07)g/cm3 and lumbar spine L2-4 bone density(0.88±0.09)g/cm3 and BGP(4.16±0.41)μg/L,which were higher than those in the control group(0.74±0.05)g/cm3,(0.79±0.06)g/cm3,and(3.65±0.28)μg/L,ALP(82.17±6.37)U/L lower than the control group(105.37±9.52)U/L,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%and the control group was 12.50%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of senile osteoporosis patients with Xianling Guzhi Capsule is highly effective and well tolerated,which is conducive to regulating bone metabolism and improving bone mineral density.
