摘 要:目的:探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿临床诊断中低场磁共振成像的准确性及安全性研究。方法:选取2015年1月-2020年5月本院收治的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者88例,根据诊断方法的不同分为CT组、低场磁共振成像组,每组各44例,分析两组检测结果、诊断结果、安全性。结果:CT组敏感度为80.0%,特异度为63.2%,准确度为72.7%,阳性预测值为74.1%,阴性预测值为70.6%;低场磁共振成像组敏感度为89.7%,特异度为93.3%,准确度为90.9%,阳性预测值为96.3%,阴性预测值为82.4%。低场磁共振成像组的诊断特异度、准确度、阳性预测值均高于CT组(P<0.05)。使用低场磁共振成像诊断的患者电离辐射占据6.8%,CT组患者发生电离辐射占27.3%,检测病变位置CT组68.2%,地场磁共振成像组100%,低场磁共振成像组电离辐射低于CT组(P<0.05),病变位置的诊断高于CT组(P<0.05)。结论:对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者进行诊断过程中,低场磁共振成像的效果较为理想,可以提高结果的准确性,以及患者的安全性,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the accuracy and safety of low-field magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis of ovarian endometriotic cysts.Method:A total of 88 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2020 were selected and divided into CT group and lowfield magnetic resonance imaging group according to different diagnostic methods,with 44 cases in each group.The test results,diagnosis results and safety of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The sensitivity of the CT group was 80.0%,the specificity was 63.2%,the accuracy was 72.7%,the positive predictive value was 74.1%,and the negative predictive value was 70.6%;the sensitivity of the low-field magnetic resonance imaging group was 89.7%,and the specificity was 93.3%,the accuracy was 90.9%,the positive predictive value was 96.3%,and the negative predictive value was 82.4%.The diagnostic specificity,accuracy and positive predictive value negative predictive value of the low-field MRI group were higher than those in the CT group(P<0.05).Ionizing radiation accounted for 6.8%of patients diagnosed by low-field magnetic resonance imaging,and ionizing radiation accounted for 27.3%of patients in the CT group.68.2%of the CT group detected the location of the lesion,100%of the groundfield magnetic resonance imaging group,the ionizing radiation of the low-field magnetic resonance imaging group was lower than that of the CT group(P<0.05),and the diagnosis of the lesion location was higher than that in the CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of ovarian endometriotic cysts,the effect of low-field magnetic resonance imaging is ideal,which can improve the accuracy of the results and the safety of patients.It should be further promoted and applied clinically.
