经皮椎间孔镜治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的研究进展

摘　　要：退行性腰椎滑脱症(degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,DLS)因腰椎间盘、关节突及韧带退行而出现上位椎与下位椎间发生向前或后方的滑移,最终表现为与腰部活动有关的腰痛、根性放射痛和神经源性间歇性跛行为特征的疾病。与传统开放手术相比,经皮椎间孔镜技术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症和疗效相当等优点,是目前治疗轻度DLS的微创技术。本文就经皮椎间孔镜技术在治疗DLS的发展进行综述。Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS)emerges as forward and backward sliding of upper and lower vertebrae due to lumbar disc facet and ligament degeneration,and ultimately manifests as lumbar radialgia and neurogenic intermittent claudication behavior characteristics related to lumbar activity.Compared with the traditional open surgery,the percutaneous intervertebral foramina technology has the advantages of small trauma,fast recovery,short hospitalization time,considerable complications and curative effect,and is currently a minimally invasive technology for the treatment of mild DLS.This article reviews the application of percutaneous foraminal surgery in the treatment of DLS.
