肾康注射液联合前列地尔对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能及血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾康注射液联合前列地尔对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者肾功能及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年2月本院收治的CRF患者110例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上加用肾康注射液进行联合治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及肾功能变化,并比较两组患者治疗前后血清中IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1水平的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者血尿素(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(UA)及肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平均明显改善(P<0.01),其中观察组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清中炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α和促纤维化因子TGF-β1水平均明显降低(P<0.01),其中观察组降低幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液联合前列地尔能有效改善CRF患者肾功能,减少炎症反应和肾纤维化相关细胞因子的合成,进而提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenkang Injection combined with Alprostadil on renal function and serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Method:A total of 110 patients with CRF in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given Alprostadil intravenous drip on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenkang Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and renal function of the two groups were observed,and the changes of serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-β1 were compared before and after treatment between the two groips.Result:After treatment,the levels of blood urea(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA)and creatinine clearance(Ccr)in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement range in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-β1 in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenkang Injection combined with Alprostadil could effectively improve renal function in patients with CRF,reduce the synthesis of inflammatory factors and renal fibrosis-related cytokines,and improve clinical efficacy.
