颈部旋转扳法配合中药热奄包治疗颈性高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部旋转扳法配合中药热奄包治疗颈性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的60例颈性高血压患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用旋扳复位手法治疗,观察组采用旋扳复位手法联合中药热奄包治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状、血压及椎动脉血流动力学。结果:治疗后,观察组临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组椎动脉收缩期流速峰值(VS)与舒张末期流速(VD)均高于对照组,而血管搏动指数(PI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈部旋转扳法配合中药热奄包治疗颈性高血压的效果显著,可改善临床症状,控制血压,利于椎动脉血流动力学恢复,临床应用价值高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of neck rotatory reduction manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine foment bag in the treatment of cervical hypertension.Method:A total of 60 patients with cervical hypertension in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with rotatory reduction manipulation,while the observation group was treated with rotatory reduction manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine foment bag.The clinical symptoms,blood pressure and hemodynamics of vertebral artery were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,peak systolic velocity(VS)and end diastolic blood flow velocity(VD)of vertebral artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the vascular pulsation index(PI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of neck rotatory reduction manipulation combined with Chinese herbal medicine foment bag in the treatment of cervical hypertension is significant,which can improve clinical symptoms,control blood pressure,improve heart rate,facilitate the hemodynamic recovery of vertebral artery,it has a high clinical application value.
